To further enhance villagers' awareness of the rule of law, support rural revitalization, and foster a positive environment that respects, learns, and applies the law, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office recently launched the themed activity "Empowering Rural Revitalization: Zhongcheng Qingtai in Action." Zhang Kai, Deputy Director of the office's Public Welfare Executive Committee, along with committee member Sun Yifang, and attorneys Lin Jinze and Ma Tiantian, visited Lunan Village in Ganggou Subdistrict, Licheng District, to conduct a public welfare legal consultation event.
To further enhance villagers' awareness of the rule of law, support rural revitalization, and foster a positive environment that respects, learns, and applies the law, Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office recently launched the themed activity "Supporting Rural Revitalization: Zhongcheng Qingtai in Action." Zhang Kai, Deputy Director of the office's Public Welfare Executive Committee, along with committee member Sun Yifang, and attorneys Lin Jinze and Ma Tiantian, visited Lunan Village in Ganggou Subdistrict, Licheng District, to conduct a public welfare legal consultation event.
At the event site, our public welfare team promoted legal knowledge among villagers by hanging up promotional banners, setting up a legal consultation desk, and distributing informational brochures. In response to villagers' inquiries about pressing legal issues—such as marital and family disputes, wills and inheritance, land contract management, neighborly conflicts, protection of migrant workers' rights, and the procedures for applying for legal aid—our lawyers provided thorough and insightful answers. The villagers expressed overwhelming praise, noting that this initiative significantly strengthened their ability to use legal tools to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
To achieve better results in legal publicity and education, our organization's Public Welfare Executive Committee has specially prepared a comprehensive and highly practical handbook. It delves into the profound implications of General Secretary Xi Jinping's rule-of-law philosophy, explains the far-reaching impact of the Civil Code on people's daily lives, and includes relevant content such as safeguards for migrant workers' wages. At each public welfare legal awareness event, this handbook serves as a vital tool for delivering the power of the rule of law, and is widely distributed to attendees on-site.
Rural revitalization must prioritize the rule of law. Moving forward, Zhongcheng Qingtai's Jinan office will continue to carry out a series of "Law into the Countryside" activities, reaching out to more villages and communities, thereby injecting a steady stream of legal momentum into rural development and helping villages achieve high-quality growth under the rule of law.
