On January 31, the 2026 Partnership Conference of Zhongcheng Qingtai was solemnly held at the Laiwu Xueye Lake International Convention Center. All partners of Zhongcheng Qingtai gathered together to celebrate this momentous occasion of growth, forge strategic consensus, and set the course and inject momentum into the firm’s journey ahead.

The meeting addressed... 2026 The annual partners’ admission, promotion, and withdrawal were put to a vote and deliberated upon. 2025 The annual report of the Management Committee and the report of the Supervisory Board were reviewed and approved. 2025 Annual Financial Closing Report, 2026 Annual Financial Budget Report, approved and adopted. 2026-2030 The Five-Year Development Plan Outline has reviewed and approved the proposal to establish relevant branch offices.

We hope that every member of Zhongcheng Qingtai will strive for continuous improvement, take on responsibilities with humility, work diligently and meticulously, and pool our efforts to overcome challenges.

Director Gong Lixin of the Head Office reported on the Five-Year Development Plan Outline of Zhongcheng Qingtai. 2026 Year -2030 In the year [year], he elaborated on key tasks, implementation measures, and supporting safeguards, centering around six strategic pillars: "scaling up quality enhancement, deepening specialization, solidifying standardization, fostering brand innovation, strengthening digital and intelligent foundations, and achieving breakthroughs in internationalization." Director Gong stated that this outline provides a roadmap for Zhongcheng Qingtai’s high-quality development over the next five years, enabling it to make the leap from being “leading within the province” to becoming “first-class nationwide.” He expressed his hope that all colleagues would embrace the spirit of “proactive transformation, collaborative advancement, relentless pursuit of excellence, and the quest for perfection,” turning the planned objectives into concrete actions and jointly writing a new chapter for Zhongcheng Qingtai, thereby contributing even more significantly to the building of a rule-of-law China.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Qiao Aijun, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board, delivered a supervisory report on behalf of the Supervisory Board. The general assembly successfully concluded all agenda items according to the established schedule.
The new blueprint has already been drawn, and a new journey is now underway, with drums beating to spur us forward.
