International Legal Affairs
Provide legal advice and issue legal opinions on international investment law, trade law, financial law, company law, environmental law, mineral resources law, tax law, foreign exchange management law, land law, labor law, intellectual property law, etc. involved in domestic and foreign investment and domestic and foreign trade.
■ Review and draft letters of intent, contracts and other relevant legal documents for international investment in Chinese, English, Korean and Japanese, and participate in international investment and international trade business negotiations.
Serve as a perennial legal adviser to enterprises, institutions and financial institutions, providing full legal planning on the establishment of the company's equity structure, enterprise restructuring, operation and management system formulation, contract risk management, overseas investment path design, labor insurance arrangements, tax planning, etc., in line with international rules.
Serve as private legal counsel for domestic and foreign business elites, providing quality services on legal matters such as family asset management, investment and financial analysis.
Cross-border acquisitions and mergers, international trade and investment, anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard measures investigation.
:: Acting for domestic and foreign arbitration or litigation, and organizing advisory experts to issue arguments on arbitration or litigation.
