Participate in drafting and improving joint venture and cooperation contract documents for mineral exploration and mining projects;
Assist in selecting appropriate investment forms, conducting transfer of mining rights projects and property rights transactions, drafting and reviewing project transfer and acquisition contracts;
Assist in handling exploration rights and mining rights procedures, drafting and reviewing various contracts
■ Legal services in mining construction projects
Participate in the preparation of bidding documents for surveying, design, construction, supervision, etc. of mining construction projects, review their legality, and provide legal consultation for bidding;
Review the legality of bidding procedures and various bidding documents for mineral construction projects, and provide legal opinions for bid evaluation and decision-making;
Draft or review contracts for mining construction project surveys, design contracts, equipment installation contracts, equipment material procurement contracts, and project management contracts, review the professional qualifications of relevant units, participate in or represent contract negotiations, and assist in contract management affairs;
Assist in establishing and improving project quality monitoring systems, coordinate and handle disputes arising from environmental protection issues, participate in the investigation and analysis of construction quality accidents in mining projects, and provide legal opinions for accident handling;
Assist the client in establishing contact with government supervisory departments;
Participate in the settlement work of mining construction projects, assist the client in coordinating project settlement disputes, and complete project settlements;
■ Environmental protection and governanceProvide clients with consulting opinions on fulfilling environmental protection legal obligations;
Help clients reduce civil and criminal legal risks related to environmental protection;
Help clients find the best fit between environmental protection and business benefits;
Provide legal opinions on environmental protection, pollutant emissions and treatment, waste recycling, etc.;
Environmental due diligence and compliance advice;
■ Development and utilization of new energy (clean energy)
Participate in assisting existing clean energy technology projects (including renewable energy and clean fuels, such as wind energy, solar energy, hydropower, and nuclear energy) and natural resource development projects in project negotiations and demonstrations;
Assist in designing reasonable investment, financing, or other necessary transaction structures to ensure the smooth progress of new energy transactions.
