2021年11月25日下午，济南市住房和城乡建设局副局级领导张伟同志带队到泺源街道普利街社区开展“双报到”暨“为民办实事送法进社区”活动, 众成清泰（济南）律师事务所刘万丰律师、李建桥律师作为顾问律师参加了此次活动。活动中，刘万丰、李建桥律师为社区居民提供了业务、法律咨询服务，并现场发放民法典、名城保护等宣传资料。特别是针对社区群众提到的物业管理、老旧小区加装电梯、房产继承等问题，市住建局工作人员及我所律师都给予了细致而专业的解答，赢得了社区居民的肯定与赞扬。此次活动为社区居民解答了对相关法律问题的困惑。众成清泰将继续响应相关部门的号召，开展普法工作，做合格的普法宣传者。
