To further enhance community residents' legal awareness and rule-of-law literacy, and effectively address the legal challenges they face in their daily lives, on September 12, the Intellectual Property Center Team I of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office proactively went to the grassroots level, visiting the Wulipafang Community in Huaiyin District to launch the "Law Nourishes the Community" public legal education and publicity campaign. This initiative brought practical, livelihood-oriented legal knowledge—and professional, efficient legal services—right to residents' doorsteps, using the warmth of the law to strengthen the community's rule-of-law defense system.

On-site legal consultations have become a "direct channel" for residents to resolve their most pressing, challenging, and time-sensitive concerns. "Water leakage from the apartment above has severely damaged my ceiling. Despite multiple attempts at negotiation, the neighbor still refuses to compensate me. What steps should I take to protect my rights?" Another resident asked, "My company has been scheduling overtime work without paying the corresponding overtime wages. I do have attendance records as evidence—how can I gather sufficient proof to safeguard my interests?" Many residents came seeking advice on real-life disputes they’ve encountered. Facing their anxious questions, the lawyers remained patient throughout, carefully listening to each resident’s concerns and delving into the specifics of their cases. Drawing on relevant laws such as the Civil Code and the Labor Contract Law, the legal team systematically analyzed each issue, clearly outlining the applicable legal grounds while also guiding residents through a step-by-step resolution process: starting with negotiation, moving on to mediation, and finally exploring litigation if necessary. For cases that proved more complex or required extensive evidence, the lawyers proactively shared their personal contact information along with the firm’s dedicated consultation hotline, committing to follow up with residents via one-on-one communication. This personalized approach ensures that residents receive comprehensive, actionable legal guidance, effectively alleviating their worries and empowering them to confidently address their challenges.

This community-based legal awareness campaign not only equipped residents with practical legal knowledge, enhancing their legal awareness and ability to protect their rights, but also brought lawyers closer to the community.
