Our lawyers signed a cooperation agreement with a famous environmental protection public welfare organization in Shandong Province.

On April 20, Zhang Kai, a partner of our firm and member of the Environmental Resources Committee of Shandong Lawyers Association, signed a cooperation agreement with the famous environmental protection organization "Green Line Qilu" in Shandong Province.

Jinan Lvxing Qilu Environmental Protection Public Welfare Service Center, referred to as "Lvxing Qilu", was established in Jinan City, Shandong Province on April 22, 2012. It is a public welfare environmental protection organization spontaneously prepared and established by the private sector.

Since its establishment, Lvxing Qilu has established a benign interaction with the environmental protection department of Shandong Province, crossing the two circles of the people and the government, so that the work of both sides can complement each other. At present, Shandong's environmental information disclosure work has been in the forefront of the country, known as the "Shandong model", and has become a demonstration to drive other provinces to follow up. Green line Qilu good use of information disclosure results, guide volunteers, the formation of environmental supervision network, a large number of pollution behavior under its supervision rectification. Green Qilu is based on information disclosure, public participation and environmental law. At present, the main projects carried out include Green Pioneer Environmental Pollution Supervision Project, Shandong Water Protection Network Environmental Public Advocacy Project, Environmental Information Disclosure and Policy Advocacy Project, etc.

In the next step, our lawyers will carry out in-depth cooperation with Lvxing Qilu in legislative proposals, proposals, policy recommendations, improving environmental supervision capabilities, public interest litigation, individual cases or special projects to promote the resolution of environmental pollution problems in Shandong Province, and jointly create Shandong The beautiful environment of green water and green mountains contributes.
