I invited legal experts on urban and rural planning to conduct business training.
On the morning of April 20, 2019, the three departments of urban construction and real estate conducted business training. Lawyer Li Heng, deputy director of our institute, invited Xu Jianhe, party branch secretary and deputy director of Jinan Urban Planning Consulting Service Center (former deputy director of laws and regulations Department of Jinan Planning Bureau), to give lectures in our institute. Director Xu gave a training entitled "Review and Prospect-a rambling discussion on some issues of the Rule of Law in Urban and Rural Planning, lawyers from the Urban Construction Real Estate Legal Department and other departments and some branch lawyers actively participated in this training.

Director Xu has many years of experience in urban and rural planning and is an expert in the rule of law in urban and rural planning. During the training, Director Xu closely connected with reality and explained several problems in the practice of urban and rural planning and rule of law from multiple angles. The training was full of dry goods. While Director Xu explained the legal issues, he also deepened his understanding based on the cases he encountered. The atmosphere was warm and the training effect was good.
