Capital Markets Department conducts business training
On May 24, 2019, the Capital Markets Department conducted the first departmental business training of the year in our mediation center. The theme of this training revolves around the common disputes and contradictions in enterprise labor and employment, and lawyer Qi Qi gave a lecture on "Enterprise Labor and Employment termination Management practice and risk Prevention".
In the course of nearly two hours of training, lawyer Qi first introduced the development status of domestic labor dispute litigation from the big data of sorting out labor dispute cases, analyzed the common problems in domestic labor and employment, and highly condensed summed up how to prevent the common risks and hidden dangers in the process of enterprise labor and employment with "seven adjustments" as the main idea. Subsequently, lawyer Qi Qi combined his many years of service experience as a corporate legal consultant, and took the actual cases he undertook as an example, and put forward the common legal risks in the case handling process from the four aspects of labor relationship termination, wages and salaries, labor contract conclusion, and rest and vacation.
