In order to conscientiously implement the deployment requirements of the central government to carry out the special struggle against underworld and evil, and further improve the ability of lawyers to handle criminal cases of underworld and evil forces in accordance with the law, especially the defense level of new criminal cases of underworld and evil forces such as "routine loans" and "soft violence", and prevent practice risks, on May 25, Jinan Lawyers Association specially invited Professor of Tianjin University, former member of the Trial Committee of the Supreme People's Court, Judge Dai Changlin, lawyer Meng Fanhu of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, and lawyer Xue Huogen of Beijing Dacheng (Nanjing) Law Firm to hold a lecture on "Interpretation of Four Opinions on the Special Struggle against Evil and Improving Lawyers' Effective Defense Ability" in the auditorium of Shandong University of Political Science and Law.
Professor Dai Changlin has profound legal knowledge and rich trial practice. In this lecture, he combines his 30-year trial experience and his experience in drafting important judicial documents such as the minutes of the anti-crime meeting to discuss the organizational characteristics, economic characteristics, behavioral characteristics, harmful characteristics, evil forces, evil forces criminal groups, soft violence, routine loans and other difficult and key issues in judicial determination, an accurate interpretation.
