Lawyers from the Urban Construction and Real Estate Department of our institute participated in special lectures on difficult legal issues in real estate and construction projects.

From May 24th to 26th, 2019, more than 20 lawyers from the Urban Construction and Real Estate Department of our institute participated in the "Special Lecture on Difficult Legal Issues in Real Estate and Construction Engineering" held by the Chinese Lawyers High-end Research and Training Network in Beijing. Professional lawyers from Hebei, Hainan, Heilongjiang, Shaanxi, Ningxia and other places and representatives of some urban construction real estate companies jointly discussed and studied the key and difficult legal issues in the field of real estate and construction engineering.

This seminar and training activity focuses on the hotspots and difficulties in the current judicial trial practice of real estate construction projects. The content mainly involves the differentiated ownership of buildings, the practice of investment and merger of real estate projects, the whole process of real estate fiscal and taxation operation and planning, the practice and skills of lawyers acting for construction project disputes, the solution ideas of difficult problems in project settlement and adjustment, the understanding and application of judicial interpretation of construction projects, and the trial practice of disputes over real estate sales contracts, with rich practicality and operability, through the three-day training and exchange, the professional level of lawyers in the urban construction and real estate department of our institute has been greatly improved, and the cohesion of lawyers in the department has also been enhanced, and good training results have been obtained.

The Urban Construction and Real Estate Legal Affairs Department of our firm has been committed to providing high-quality and efficient legal services for enterprises expanding the real estate market and related investment fields in Shandong Province and even the whole country through litigation, arbitration and non-litigation legal services. Based on its outstanding achievements in construction engineering and real estate legal services, in 2015 and 2017, the Institute was rated as "the top 10 professional law firms worth recommend in China's engineering law" by ENR/Shanghai Construction Times for two consecutive sessions ".
