On the morning of June 25, 2019, Zhang Zhiqiang, deputy director of Shanghe County Judicial Bureau, Ma Cuiping, section chief, Wang Maohua, director of Zhenglu Town Judicial Office, and his party came to our institute to investigate the work of "one village (community) and one legal adviser" in Zhenglu Town. Geng Guoyu, party secretary and director of our institute, and representatives of village legal advisers such as Zhou Jiakui, Zhao Kaiyong, Ning Lei, Tian Yuanying and Wang Yan attended the same.

Since last year, according to the work deployment of Jinan Municipal Bureau of justice, more than 20 young and middle-aged backbone lawyers with good professional ethics, moral cultivation and strong professional ability have been selected to form a service group to provide legal advisory services for 79 villages in Zhenglu Town, Shanghe County, The service lawyers have carried out relevant work from village governance, mass legal consultation and assistance, legal publicity and training, and people's mediation, Good social effects have been achieved.

During the investigation, Director Geng Guoyu proposed that our lawyers will actively respond to the Jinan Municipal Bureau of Justice on the implementation of the central and provincial party committee, provincial government, municipal party committee, and municipal government on "promoting the construction of a public legal service system covering urban and rural residents, and strengthening legal services in the field of people's livelihood." The decision-making deployment and work call will be carried out in terms of village governance, mass legal consultation and assistance, legal publicity and training, and people's mediation, cooperate with judicial administrative organs to help village cadres and the masses use the thinking and method of the rule of law to manage village public affairs, resolve contradictions and disputes, improve the level of village governance, promote social harmony and stability at the grass-roots level, effectively promote the extension of public legal services to the grass-roots level, and ensure that the people enjoy public legal services in a more timely and convenient manner. Deputy Director Zhang Zhiqiang spoke highly of the efforts and achievements made by our lawyers in the front line of Zhenglu Town and for grass-roots legal services. at the same time, he put forward several requirements for the next step of village legal services: first, to do a good job in rural law popularization, so that village cadres and villagers know the law and abide by the law; second, to help village cadres earnestly enhance their legal awareness and truly govern the village according to law; the third is to actively participate in the mediation and handling of legal contradictions, reasonably guide the villagers' demands, and actively resolve social contradictions; the fourth is to extensively carry out legal consultation services, so that villagers can intuitively feel the practical role of legal advisers.
