Our lawyers were invited to do environmental protection legal training for China Resources Power East China Region.
On June 26, 2019, lawyers Luo Xianghu and Liu Yuhan of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm were invited by China Resources Power East China Region to conduct environmental protection legal training for middle-level and above managers, especially project leaders.

According to the arrangement of China Resources Power East China Region, this training mainly focuses on the following four aspects:
First of all, the construction of new energy projects, especially the preliminary declaration procedures of wind power projects and the problems that need attention. In this part of the training, our lawyers explained that the main contents of the preliminary work of the project construction include site selection and wind measurement, wind energy resource evaluation, construction condition demonstration, project development application, feasibility study and various preparatory work before project approval. The development application report shall include the main contents and the attached documents of environmental impact assessment, land pre-examination, feasibility study report and safety pre-assessment report.
Secondly, the documents required by the project, especially the environmental impact assessment documents, need to pay attention to the problems. It mainly includes the grading and classification of EIA documents. Special regional issues involved in the project (nature reserves, national forest parks, drinking water source protection areas, flood storage areas, along the South-to-North Water Transfer Project).
Again, after the completion of the project acceptance and operation of the need to pay attention to the legal issues of environmental protection. Lawyer Luo Xianghu highlighted the legal liability or consequences of the project's "construction without approval" and "investment without inspection.
Finally, combined with many cases, this paper analyzes the relevant frontier issues of the adjudication rules of environmental infringement cases and ecological damage compensation. The lawyer of our firm briefly introduced a lawsuit case caused by the central environmental protection inspector handled by himself, and shared his feelings about participating in the administrative management and administrative law enforcement of the ecological environment and environmental protection administrative organs.
The training activities lasted from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00. Dozens of people participated in the training activities and achieved good training results.
