From June 16 to 21, 2019, our senior partners, lawyer He Zefeng, lawyer Ma Shibin, and partner, lawyer Xu Changle, participated in the "2019 Shandong Province (Direct) Young Lawyers Leading Talent Training Camp" held at Wufeng Pavilion Hotel, Changqing District, Jinan City ".

In the first third row, the third from the right is lawyer Ma Shibin, the fourth is lawyer Li Zefeng, and the fifth from the left is lawyer Xu Changle.

The youth training camp will start from the meeting of the trainees on the evening of the 16th, and all training courses will be arranged for the remaining five days. The schedule of the youth training camp is very tight: starting from 6:30 a.m., all the students in the youth training camp will gather for early training and start a day of study. A 30-minute morning micro-forum will be arranged before the formal class in the morning. Then there is the all-day course. The evening course usually lasts until 21 o'clock.

The curriculum of this youth training camp is very rich. There are not only wonderful courses: "Adhering to the Party's Leadership in All Work", "Lawyers' Rights Protection and Punishment Cases", "Understanding of Internet Public Opinion Work", "Construction and Growth of Young Lawyers' Brand", "Lawyers' Media Coping Skills and Professional Image Building", "President Xi's International Strategic Thoughts and Sino-US Relations" and "Lighting the Light of Hope in Law"; There are also colorful morning micro-forums: "Raising flags and shining swords, how to protect the rights and punishment of lawyers, how to play a professional level, how to actively participate in politics, how to play a professional level, young lawyers professional and pluralistic, independent and cooperative coordination, how to put the law association in the front, and other five topics.

The youth training camp also arranges a variety of activities such as teamwork development training, speech contests, basketball friendly matches, and student graduation performances.

Our three lawyers actively participated in all the courses and outreach activities of the youth training camp, successfully completed all the training camp courses and successfully graduated.

For young lawyers, youth training camp life is not only a process of learning and growth, but also a process of perfection and maturity.
