Capital Markets Department conducts business training
On October 18, 2019, the Capital Markets Department conducted business training in our mediation center. This departmental training was taught by two lawyers, Zhang Yafei and Zhou Ranran, and the topics were "Legal Due Diligence for Mergers and Acquisitions" and "Key Points for the Transfer of Agreements on Outstanding Shares of Listed Companies". The lecture content closely revolves around the main business of the capital market department. Two experienced lawyers teach professional knowledge and share their interesting work experience.
The content of lawyer Zhang Yafei's lecture is divided into three parts: due diligence overview, lawyer due diligence and due diligence process of merger and acquisition risks and countermeasures.
Zhou Ranran's lecture focused on the basic situation, main rules, scope of application, basic process, core elements and practical operation plan of the agreement transfer of circulating shares.
In the process of more than two hours of training, all colleagues in the department actively participated in it, shared and discussed with you the common difficult problems in the process of individual handling cases, and expressed their personal opinions. The training site learning exchange atmosphere is warm, the exchange is sufficient, the department training has achieved good training effect.
