"2019 China (Anhui) Construction Engineering Law Summit Forum" (hereinafter referred to as "Summit Forum") was successfully held in Maanshan R & F Wanda Realm Hotel. This summit forum is co-sponsored by the Permanent China Construction Engineering Law Forum (hereinafter referred to as the "Permanent Forum"), Ma'anshan Arbitration Commission, and Anhui Mingbo Law Firm, the main representatives of the eighth working group of the Permanent Forum, about 500 arbitrators, lawyers, representatives of corporate legal affairs, judicial administrative departments, representatives of arbitration institutions, and guests from the International Chamber of Commerce and the Singapore International Mediation Center attended the event.
Li Qi, Zhang Xiaoxia, and Zhou Liming, representatives of the eighth working group of the Permanent Forum, first started from the second judicial interpretation of construction projects and shared some hot legal issues in the field of construction with the audience participating in the forum. The participants responded enthusiastically.
Li Heng, deputy director and senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) law firm, as one of the representatives of the eighth working group of the permanent forum, was invited to participate in the summit forum and delivered a keynote speech on the legal analysis of the priority compensation right of construction project price. The other five representatives of the eighth working group of the Permanent Forum, Li Xin, Yuan Haibing, Sun Ninglian, Qu Xiaofei and Chen Xinfan, respectively, from the legal subject of the construction project, the validity of the contract and the settlement agreement, the quality responsibility after the completion acceptance, the determination of the extension of the construction period, and the application of the rules of the submitted price and the administrative audit, A keynote speech was given around the intellectual achievement of the eighth working group-"China Construction Contract Law Complete Book. Participants showed great interest in the work of the Permanent Forum and the intellectual achievements of Working Group VIII, and the atmosphere was very warm.
