In order to implement the judicial aid work of "one village (community)-legal adviser", we will practice the service mission of our lawyers. On January 19, 2020, as the Spring Festival approaches, lawyers Zhou Jiakui, Zhao Kaiyong, Zhang Yafei and Zhao Bing, members of Shanghe County Legal Service Team of Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, went to the Daji of Wuji Village in Zheng Lu Town to carry out the legal aid activity of "Sending Law to Village, Sending Fortune to Door". Director Wang Maohua of Zheng Lu Town Judicial Office also attended the activity.
In the early morning of January 19, it was foggy. Four lawyers drove to Wuji Village, Shanghe County early in the morning. Director Wang of the local judicial office also came out early to meet them. There was a lot of noise on the set, shoulder to shoulder. With the assistance of Director Wang, he chose the most central position of the big episode. Hanging up banners, moving tables and chairs, and setting up a legal consultation desk instantly became the most eye-catching "booth" in the entire episode ". An endless stream of villagers gathered around, and the four lawyers also carried out their work non-stop. Some distributed "one village, one legal adviser" law popularization brochures, and some conducted on-site legal consultations, focusing on land that are closely related to farmers. A series of legal hotspots such as marriage, support, inheritance, etc., answer questions for farmers, guide farmers to abide by the law, express their rights and demands, and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
As the New Year approaches, the legal service team has also prepared more than 200 "Fu" characters, window grilles, couplets, etc. (half of which were written and produced by the family members of our lawyer Ning Lei) in advance as a New Year gift to the villagers to express the good wishes of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm and Shanghe County's legal service team, not only to "send the law into the village", but also to "send the blessing into the door", I wish every family in Wuji Village a happy and healthy new year.
This legal service activity of "sending the law into the village and sending the blessing into the door" is the first time that the legal service team of Shanghe County of our institute has carried out work in the village this year. It has received good results and has also been widely praised by the villagers. The first shot was fired for the development of legal services in the new year. In 2020, the legal service team of Zhongcheng Qingtai Shanghe County will continue to uphold the concept of service and complete the legal service work of this year with due diligence.
