On January 18, 2020, "New Era Station New Starting Point New Layout to Achieve New Leaps" Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute 2019 Summary Commendation Conference was held in the law firm's large conference room. Looking Back on 2019 and Looking Forward to 2020

Director Geng Guoyu made a report on behalf of the Administrative Committee on "2019 Work Summary and 2020 Work Plan. Director Geng pointed out that 2019 marks the 40th anniversary of the restoration of China's lawyer system and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm. Over the past year, under the leadership and strong support of the provincial and municipal judicial administrative organs and the provincial and municipal lawyers' associations, all colleagues in Jinan Institute have worked hard together, made new progress in various work, and achieved historic breakthroughs in business income generation. it has laid a solid foundation for the realization of the three-year planning and development goals in 2018-2020, and the development of the law firm has stood at a new starting point.

In 2020, the law firm will comprehensively and thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and the third and fourth Plenary sessions of the 19th CPC Central Committee, guided by Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and led by party building, and comprehensively create a new era of law firm development. Further optimize the layout, improve management, integrate resources, strengthen security, make every effort to do a good job in the closing year of the 2018-2020 three-year plan, fully complete the three-year planning indicators, and plan for a new three-year development, clarify the new strategic layout and development goals, and achieve the sustained, stable and rapid development of the law firm.

Looking back at 30 years, the wind and rain are shining.

While summarizing the work in 2019, Director Geng Guoyu took everyone to look back at the 30-year development history of the law firm and summarized Zhongcheng Qingtai's development experience as "one center, two guarantees, and three consciousnesses", that is, to shape a humanities-centered law firm culture, strengthen the role of law firm management and talent training in safeguarding the development of law firms, and firmly establish a sense of overall situation, innovation and leadership.
