The Spring Festival is approaching. In order to promote the close integration of theoretical research and judicial practice, and to explore new paths for professional promotion and business development of law firms, the East China Normal University Law School and Zhongcheng Qingtai (Shanghai) Law Firm Expert Symposium was successfully held on January 21, 2020. Changjiang Scholar of the Ministry of Education, former Vice President of the National Prosecutor's College, Dean of East China Normal University Law School Zhang Zhiming, Assistant Dean Yu Hao, and Associate Professor Li Shuai of Tax Law Expert Li Shuai were invited to attend the meeting.

The Law School of East China Normal University not only pays attention to the innovation of legal theory, but also pays attention to major legal practice issues. It has established the Ministry of Education Youth Rule of Law Education Collaborative Innovation Center, Legal Education and Legal Career Research Institute, Corporate Compliance Research Center, and Social Rule of Law and Public Policy Research Center., Judicial Research Center and other research institutions have in-depth research on the development of my country's judicial system and the lawyer industry, and fully applied them in judicial practice.

Through this seminar, experts from the Law School of East China Normal University and lawyers from Zhongcheng Qingtai (Shanghai) Law Firm conducted extensive and in-depth discussions on the development of the lawyer industry, business innovation and development, and the integration of academic research and judicial practice. And reached a preliminary cooperation intention on corporate compliance research centers, tax law professional seminars, business cooperation research and development, and talent training, it has laid a solid foundation for further close cooperation between the two sides.
