Urban Construction Real Estate Department Three Held Special Training on Judicial Interpretation of Construction Contracts
On the afternoon of March 29, 2019, the three departments of urban construction and real estate conducted business training in the conference room of our institute. This training was given by lawyer Li Heng, and the training topic was "Interpretation of Judicial Interpretation II of Construction Contracts". Some lawyers from the Urban Construction Real Estate Legal Department and other departments actively participated in this training.

Director Li Heng closely linked to the legal practice of the project, combined with his own cases, a comprehensive analysis of the "Construction Contract Judicial Interpretation (II)" of all the provisions. The training was full of dry goods. While explaining the legal provisions, Director Li shared his experience in handling cases with the participating lawyers, and actively exchanged views and experiences with the lawyers participating in the training course on difficult points of the case. The participating lawyers also had a heated discussion around the training contents. The atmosphere was very warm and the training effect was good.
