From March 30 to 31, 2019, the first plenary meeting of the Civil Law Professional Committee of the Provincial Lawyers Association was held in Qingdao. Du Jiadong, executive director of the Provincial Lawyers Association and director of the Civil Law Professional Committee, presided over the meeting. Liu Xuexin, vice president of the Provincial Lawyers Association, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Wang Yaping, vice president of the Provincial Lawyers Association and president of the Qingdao Lawyers Association, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. All members of the committee attended the meeting, and the board of supervisors assigned Jia Xincui to supervise the whole process.
At the meeting, Director Du Jiadong elaborated on the work orientation and responsibilities of the Civil Law Professional Committee, and put forward clear requirements for the work discipline of the Committee. Lawyer Zhou Jiakui, director of the Civil Affairs Department of our institute, served as the deputy director of the Civil Law Professional Committee of the Provincial Lawyers Association and interpreted and learned the spirit related to civil law in the work reports of the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate during the "Two Sessions" in 2019.
The meeting was held around the current work plan and 2019 work plan of the Civil Law Professional Committee. Our lawyer Wang Yang Bai Xue and other committee members combined their respective work experience on civil law positioning, training methods, product research and development, market expansion, team building, platform construction, and benign interaction with other "two specialized" committees, resource sharing, etc., and put forward many suggestions. On the morning of March 31, 2019, a professional committee cooperation seminar was organized in Zhongcheng Qingtai Qingdao Branch. Lin Yang, director of Qingdao Branch, attended the meeting. Everyone focused on how to cooperate and interact between professional committees, how to create a virtuous circle of legal service market, and how to realize resource sharing and win-win cooperation between committee members and committee members. Fully demonstrated, and reached a consensus on strengthening cooperation between the Civil Legal Professional Committee and the Real Estate Legal Professional Committee. During the meeting, the committee members also visited Zhongcheng Qingtai Qingdao Branch, Deheng Law Firm, and Yinuo Law Firm to exchange views on the development of civil legal business and law firm management by law firms.
