To fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the resolutions of successive plenary sessions of the 20th Central Committee, to deeply study, publicize, and put into practice Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law, Xi Jinping’s Thought on Culture, and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks on the Constitution, to earnestly enforce the Law on Legal System Publicity and Education, to vigorously strengthen constitutional publicity and education, actively promote the spirit of the Constitution, firmly uphold the authority of the Constitution, and effectively advance its implementation, on December 4, Jiaozhi Railway Passenger Dedicated Line Co., Ltd. visited the Jinan Office of Zhongcheng Qingtai to jointly carry out a party-building co-construction activity. The theme of this event was “Studying and Implementing Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law and Promoting the Constitution Deeply into People’s Hearts.” Attending the exchange were Sun Shiyong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Jiaozhi Railway Passenger Dedicated Line Co., Ltd.; Cui Ji, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee; Zhang Dedong, member of the Party Committee, and other Party members; as well as Geng Guoyu, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Jinan Office of Zhongcheng Qingtai; Shi Guangbo and Yu Peng, members of the Party Committee; and several lawyer Party members.

Accompanied by Director Geng Guoyu and other staff members, Secretary Sun Shiyong and his delegation toured the office environment, conference rooms, Party-building wall, and honor wall of Zhongcheng Qingtai’s Jinan office. They also gained an in-depth understanding of the law firm’s development plans, Party-building initiatives, and institutional construction.

At the symposium, Director Geng Guoyu extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the Party Committee of Jiaoji Railway Passenger Dedicated Line Co., Ltd., and provided a detailed account of Zhongcheng Qingtai’s development journey as well as the progress made in its Party-building efforts. Secretary Sun Shiyong expressed high appreciation for Zhongcheng Qingtai’s Jinan office’s Party-building work, professional strengths, resource integration capabilities, and legal services. Both sides expressed their willingness to further deepen resource integration and strengthen cooperation and exchange in the future.

Director Yu Peng conducted a special training session on the Constitution for the participants, focusing on the theme of this event. Both sides engaged in an in-depth study and exchange about the Constitution—from its basic principles to its practical applications in daily life.

This joint Party-building initiative has effectively promoted the further development of Party building efforts on both sides, forged a closer cooperative bond between them, and facilitated the deep integration of Party building with the law firm’s business operations.
