Update | A delegation from the Nanjing Municipal Justice Bureau and the Lawyers Association visited the Jinan office of Zhongcheng Qingtai for a symposium and exchange.

To strengthen exchanges within the legal services industry and share experiences in high-quality development, on November 25, Wang Qing, Deputy Director of the Nanjing Municipal Justice Bureau and Party Secretary of the municipal lawyers’ association, along with Liu Wei, President of the Nanjing Lawyers’ Association, paid a visit to Zhongcheng Qingtai’s Jinan office for a symposium and exchange. Sun Yan, Deputy Director of the Lawyers’ Affairs Division of the Nanjing Municipal Justice Bureau, Ding Youjun, Deputy Director of the Jianye District Justice Bureau, Pan Jie, President of the Jinan Lawyers’ Association, and Zhang Lei, Deputy Director of the Lawyers’ Affairs Division of the Jinan Municipal Justice Bureau, accompanied them during the meeting. Du Wentang, Director of the Management Committee and Senior Partner at Zhongcheng Qingtai’s Jinan office, as well as senior partners Yu Cuilan, Ma Shibin, Wang Yan, Zhao Kaiyong, and Deng Pu, warmly welcomed the delegation.

Accompanied by Director Du Wentang, Deputy Director Wang Qing and his delegation toured the office environment of Zhongcheng Qingtai’s Jinan office, as well as areas including the conference hall, Party-building wall, development history wall, and honor wall, gaining a detailed understanding of the firm’s development.

At the symposium, Director Du Wentang extended a warm welcome to the delegation from the Nanjing Municipal Justice Bureau and the Lawyers Association, and provided a comprehensive introduction to Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office’s development journey, firm size, management structure, Party building efforts, cultural development, talent cultivation, industry team building, and business expansion. Yu Cuilan, Ma Shibin, Wang Yan, Zhao Kaiyong, and Deng Pu respectively introduced the working mechanisms and innovative practices of the firm’s Strategic Executive Committee, Finance Executive Committee, Marketing and Publicity Executive Committee, Business Executive Committee, and Human Resources Executive Committee. During the exchange, President Pan Jie shared the practical experiences of the lawyers’ profession in Jinan regarding policy support, cross-regional collaboration, and service to major national strategies.

Deputy Director Wang Qing expressed high appreciation for the achievements made by Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office in areas such as firm management, the integration of Party building and corporate culture, and professional development. Chairman Liu Wei further introduced the current status and future plans for the legal profession in Nanjing City, and expressed his hope that in the future, Zhongcheng Qingtai and other outstanding law firms could establish long-term mechanisms for business cooperation and talent exchange, thereby promoting complementary resource utilization and collaborative development between the two regions.

This exchange will facilitate mutual learning and借鉴 between the legal professions in Nanjing and Jinan, providing a reference framework for deepening cross-regional collaboration in the future. Moving forward, Zhongcheng Qingtai will continue to embrace industry exchanges with an open attitude, explore effective pathways for high-quality development of the legal profession, contribute to the enhancement of legal service capabilities, and work together with colleagues across the country to write a new chapter in the building of a rule-of-law society.
