To deeply study and implement the spirit of the 4th Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, on November 11, Zhongcheng Qingtai's Jinan office organized a special learning and exchange event titled "Deeply Studying and Firmly Practicing Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law, Implementing the Spirit of the 4th Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, and Empowering High-Quality Development in the Legal Profession." The event aimed to strengthen ideological foundations and enhance practical capabilities, ensuring that the principles from the plenary session take root in lawyers' daily practice. Notably, Zhu Xiaofeng, former member of the Party Committee, Deputy Director, and First-Level Inspector of the Shandong Provincial Department of Justice, was invited to deliver a keynote lecture. Li Ruzhi, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at Zhongcheng Qingtai's Jinan office, chaired the event.

Zhu Xiaofeng delivered a speech titled "Deeply Studying and Firmly Implementing Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law to Promote High-Quality Development of the Legal Profession in the New Era," systematically outlining the core principles of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law. Drawing connections to the significant directives from the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee—specifically, "advancing socialist democracy and the rule of law"—he elaborated on practical approaches for how Party building can guide the development of the legal profession. Focusing on three key dimensions—using excellence to drive excellence, establishing high standards for lawyers, and fostering world-class law firms—he encouraged attendees to reflect on how to seamlessly integrate political loyalty, the spirit of the plenary session, and professional expertise, thereby demonstrating the sense of responsibility and commitment that Communist Party-member lawyers should embody as they contribute to high-quality development.
During the sharing and exchange session, two outstanding young lawyers candidly discussed their learning experiences and practical insights based on their own professional journeys. Lawyer Wang Wei shared his thoughts on participating in the 6th Youth Lawyers Leadership Training Camp hosted by the Jinan Lawyers Association, emphasizing that the camp not only hones professional skills but also reinforces the original aspiration of being "a good lawyer who satisfies both the Party and the people." He encouraged young lawyer-party members to seize opportunities in emerging industries, transforming theoretical knowledge into motivation for practice while staying true to their political principles and continuously enhancing their expertise. Meanwhile, Lawyer Shu Mengjiao focused her remarks on the topic of "How to Communicate Effectively with Clients and Presiding Judges—Striving to Be a Good Lawyer Who Earns the Trust of Both the Party and the People." She highlighted the intrinsic link between Party-building initiatives and professional development, sharing her personal growth experiences in practice. She stressed that handling cases requires balancing meticulous attention to detail with a broader perspective, ensuring that sincere and professional communication safeguards clients' legitimate rights and interests, while also upholding respectful dialogue that aligns with judicial procedures.
This learning session has injected fresh intellectual momentum into the Party-member lawyers. Participants unanimously expressed that they will take this event as a new starting point to further deepen their understanding of Xi Jinping’s Thought on the Rule of Law and the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, staying true to their original aspiration of practicing law for the people and continuously enhancing their professional service capabilities. Moving forward, Zhongcheng Qingtai will remain committed to strengthening Party building leadership, consistently elevating the professional competence and service capabilities of its legal team, and actively contributing to the construction of a law-based China through concrete actions.
