On September 26, the highly anticipated awards ceremony honoring China's Top 10 Recommended Engineering Law Firms and 80 Outstanding Lawyers was grandly held, organized by the U.S.-based Engineering News-Record (ENR) and China's Construction Times. Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Office was proudly recognized as one of the "10 Most Recommended Chinese Engineering Law Firms for 2025" by ENR and Construction Times. Additionally, Du Wentang, Wang Yan, and Yin Yuan—senior partners at the Jinan Office—were named among the "80 Most Recommended Chinese Engineering Law Lawyers of 2019," as selected by ENR and Construction Times.

On September 26, the highly anticipated awards ceremony was held, honoring China's Top 10 Recommended Specialty Law Firms and 80 Outstanding Lawyers in Engineering Law. Organized by the U.S.-based Engineering News-Record (ENR) and China's Construction Times, the event celebrated firms and professionals recognized for their exceptional expertise in engineering law. Among the winners, Zhongcheng Qingtai's Jinan office was proudly awarded the title of "Top 10 Recommended Chinese Specialty Law Firms in Engineering Law 2025" by ENR and Construction Times. Additionally, Du Wentang, Wang Yan, and Yin Yuan—senior partners at the Jinan office—were individually recognized as part of the "2019 ENR/Construction Times Top 80 Recommended Chinese Lawyers in Engineering Law."

This event was organized by the host entity, which gathered insights and inquiries through questionnaire surveys, interviews with industry associations, and discussions with judicial authorities. The selection process also involved recommendations from an expert committee composed of engineering law experts representing organizations such as the China Construction Industry Association, the Supreme People’s Court, the China Real Estate Industry Association, the Construction Times newspaper, and leading construction enterprises. As a result, 10 Chinese engineering law firms were chosen as "2025 ENR/Construction Times' Most Recommended Engineering Law Firms in China," along with 80 distinguished engineering law attorneys. Notably, Zhongcheng Qingtai's Jinan office was honored with the title of "2025 ENR/Construction Times' Top 10 Most Recommended Engineering Law Firms in China."

Lawyers Du Wentang, Wang Yan, and Yin Yuan have been recognized as "80 Highly Recommended Chinese Construction Law Professionals for 2025" by ENR/Construction Times, thanks to their highly specialized legal services in construction projects and outstanding industry reputation. Additionally, Attorney Du Wentang was honored with the individual award of "2025's Most Recommended Chinese Construction Law Expert—Gold Medal Lawyer in Quality Dispute Litigation (Litigation Category)."

This honor is a significant recognition of my professional expertise and that of our firm's lawyers. Moving forward, Zhongcheng Qingtai will continue to deepen our focus on engineering law, leveraging the advantages of our international platform to foster a seamless integration of legal services with the construction industry.
