Recently, Yu Cuilan, Senior Partner, and Su Na, Partner, from Zhongcheng Qingtai's Jinan office, traveled to Tajikistan and Uzbekistan to conduct market research on legal services and engage in business discussions. This trip aims to systematically assess the investment environment in Central Asia, connect with local government and corporate resources, and help companies deepen and strengthen their international collaborations along the Belt and Road Initiative.
Recently, Yu Cuilan, Senior Partner, and Su Na, Partner, from Zhongcheng Qingtai's Jinan office, traveled to Tajikistan and Uzbekistan to conduct market research on legal services and engage in business discussions. This trip aims to systematically assess the investment environment in Central Asia, connect with local government and corporate resources, and help companies deepen and strengthen their international collaborations along the Belt and Road Initiative.

During their stay in Tajikistan, Yu Cuilan and Attorney Suna held talks with Mr. Alisher, representative of the Office of the President of Tajikistan, and Mr. Sangvor, representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The discussions focused intensively on topics such as preferential policies for special economic zones, industrial planning and layout, the legal framework for foreign investment, and key areas of China-Tajikistan cooperation, aiming to clarify policy and legal pathways for Chinese enterprises looking to invest in Tajikistan.

In Uzbekistan, lawyers Yu Cuilan and Suna paid a visit. Samarkand Region , held a symposium with Mr. Sheroz Sabirov, Minister of the State Department of Industry, Trade, and Investment, to gain detailed insights into the planning progress, implementation models, and legal requirements of the state's major projects related to old city renovation and new city development. We also delved into discussions about the regulatory framework and establishment procedures for professional service organizations operating locally.

In Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, Yu Cui Lan, Attorney Suna, and Zhongcheng Qingtai—strategic partners with Wald Group Mr. Lin Bo, Chairman, held a special symposium. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions on specific implementation measures for the Central Asia cooperation outlined in the Strategic Cooperation Agreement signed earlier this month, as well as innovations in service models and synergies in resource integration. They preliminarily agreed to strengthen collaboration across multiple areas, including investment and M&A, compliance management of engineering projects, and dispute resolution, jointly providing enterprises with one-stop, localized cross-border service support.
