On September 17, the Shandong Provincial Department of Justice held the event "Be a Lawyer Who Satisfies the Party and the People—Promoting Lawyers' Actions for Ecological Protection and High-Quality Development in the Yellow River Basin (Binzhou Station)" at the Dagao Aviation Hi-Tech Industrial Park in Binzhou City. The theme of this event was "Rule of Law Safeguards the High-Quality Development of General Aviation and the Low-Altitude Economy." Zhang Lijie, a partner from Zhongcheng Qingtai's Jinan office, was invited to attend the event.

At the opening ceremony, Liu Yuguo, Director of the Lawyers' Work Division of the Provincial Department of Justice, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Lawyers' Industry, and Secretary-General of the Provincial Lawyers Association, presented the plaque for the "Be a Good Lawyer Who Satisfies the Party and the People—Lawyers Promoting Ecological Protection and High-Quality Development in the Yellow River Basin" to the Binzhou station. Sun Gaoliang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of the Dagao Aviation Hi-Tech Industrial Park, delivered a speech. Liu Yuguo, Sun Gaoliang, Jia Fang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Binzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Municipal Lawyers' Industry, along with Li Jin, Deputy Secretary-General of the Shandong Low-Altitude Economy Association, jointly launched the Binzhou station event.
At the meeting, Attorney Zhang Lijie delivered a lecture titled "Legal Empowerment for General Aviation and the Low-Altitude Economy Industry: Safeguarding through the Rule of Law and Driving Value Creation." She outlined the definitions and market overview of the low-altitude economy and general aviation, provided an in-depth analysis of the current legal landscape in this sector, and highlighted key initiatives aimed at fostering compliance through the rule of law as well as innovative approaches to business empowerment. Her insights offered valuable legal support and practical strategies for driving the compliant growth of the low-altitude economy. During the interactive Q&A session, attendees actively engaged by posing thoughtful questions, which Attorney Zhang answered expertly on the spot. Her insightful presentation was warmly received and highly praised by all participants.
That afternoon, lawyer Zhang Lijie joined the legal team as they visited Binzhou Wanfeng Diamond Aircraft Manufacturing Co., Ltd., toured the company's production line firsthand, held a symposium and exchange with company representatives, and conducted a rule-of-law health check-up activity.
