On July 24, Zhou Yueyi, Assistant Secretary-General of the Shandong Branch of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CIETAC"), visited the Jinan office of Zhongcheng Tongtai for a meeting and exchange, offering suggestions for improving arbitration services and optimizing the business environment. Li Hongxu, case secretary of the Shandong Branch of CIETAC, and staff members Zhang Jialin, Fan Xinyi, and Wei Xiaohan also visited. At the meeting, Director Geng Guoyu extended a warm welcome to the CIETAC Shandong Sub-commission delegation and introduced Zhongcheng Qingtai's professional advantages in arbitration and international legal services. As a CIETAC arbitrator, Director Geng offered professional suggestions on improving arbitration service quality and promoting arbitration procedures based on his practical arbitration experience. Directors Yu Peng and Su Na shared their insights on the selection and practical considerations of dispute resolution methods in cross-border transactions.

Assistant Zhou Yueyi introduced the latest developments of the CIETAC Shandong Sub-commission. She stated that as a branch of one of the world's top ten most popular arbitration institutions, the CIETAC Shandong Sub-commission continuously optimizes arbitration services, innovatively introducing an integrated "online + offline" arbitration model and CIETAC integrated management. Through standardized case procedures, an expert advisory committee, and double-checking of arbitration awards, a "three-in-one" quality control system has been established, providing parties with more efficient and convenient dispute resolution services.
