On July 4th, a mid-year summary meeting for the "Accompanying Flight Plan" was held, which was launched according to the work deployment of the Jinan Regional Management Committee of Zhongcheng Qingtong. Shi Guangbo, Deputy Director of the Jinan Office Management Committee of Zhongcheng Qingtong; Deng Pu, Director of the Human Resources Executive Committee; Zhang Rongjun, Deputy Director; the first group of "Accompanying Flight" partners; and young lawyers attended the meeting and gave speeches and exchanged ideas.
On July 4th, a mid-year summary meeting for the "Accompanying Flight Plan" was held, following the work deployment of the ZCQT Jinan Regional Management Committee. ZCQT Jinan office's Vice Director of the Management Committee, Shi Guangbo; Director of the Human Resources Executive Committee, Deng Pu; Vice Director Zhang Rongjun; the first group of "Accompanying Flight" partners; and young lawyers attended the meeting and shared their experiences.
At the summary meeting, the first group of "Accompanying Flight" partners and young lawyers reviewed and summarized the progress of the "Accompanying Flight Plan" over the past six months and shared their experiences. Director Shi Guangbo stated that the "Accompanying Flight Plan" is an innovative measure for the firm's talent cultivation, aiming to help young lawyers successfully transition through the post-associate period and achieve rapid growth. Since the plan's launch, young lawyers have gained practical experience and grown through deep involvement in various business activities and case collaborations, laying a foundation for further optimization of the plan. The partners and young lawyers present actively offered suggestions for the future optimization of the "Accompanying Flight Plan," such as focusing on high-frequency business areas, conducting specialized training on common disputes and difficult problems to enable young lawyers to quickly master practical skills, and breaking the limitations of "one-on-one" mentoring by implementing "one-to-many" salons and cross-field business forums to expose young lawyers to different business thinking models.
To better empower young lawyers, ZCQT Jinan office will optimize and upgrade the plan for the second half of the year based on the valuable suggestions from the partners and young lawyers at this meeting, providing young lawyers with more in-depth support, creating a broader space for growth, and helping them shine in their legal careers.
