On May 15-16, the first bi-annual meeting of members and the third bi-annual council meeting of the Shandong Low-Altitude Economy Association, along with a professional skills training session on low-altitude economy, were held in Rizhao. Zhoncheng Qinggai Jinan office was promoted to the position of council unit through election. More than 100 member units sent representatives to the meeting, and Ms. Zhang Lijie, partner of Zhoncheng Qinggai Law Firm, attended the meeting at the invitation.
On May 15-16, the first bi-annual meeting of members and the third tri-annual meeting of the board of directors of the Shandong Low-Altitude Economy Association, along with a professional skills training session on the low-altitude economy, were held in Rizhao. Zhoncheng Qinggai's Jinan office was promoted to the status of a board member unit after an election. Over 100 member units sent representatives to the meeting, and Ms. Zhang Lijie, partner at Zhoncheng Qinggai Law Firm, attended at the invitation of the association.
At the meeting, Secretary-General Zhou Yuansheng presided over the proceedings. Mr. Lü Xiangyong, Standing Committee Member and Secretary-General of the Rizhao Municipal Committee; Mr. Gao Dengyou, Director of the Railway and Airport Division of the Shandong Provincial Department of Transportation; Ms. Xin Ying, Director of the Marine Equipment Industry Division of the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology; and Mr. Gao Mingjun, Chairman of the Association, each delivered speeches at the forum. Member units present reviewed and approved the revised association's articles of association and regulations, and supplementary elections were held for the first board of directors. Zhoncheng Qinggai's Jinan office was promoted to a board member unit after the election.
On May 16, Ms. Zhang Lijie was invited to give a presentation on the theme of "Legal Empowerment for the Low-Altitude Economy Industry—Compliance, Protection, and Value Creation." Ms. Zhang Lijie's presentation covered three aspects: the industry concept of the low-altitude economy, the current legal status of the low-altitude economy industry, and industry legal empowerment. She analyzed the current shortcomings in the laws governing the low-altitude economy industry and proposed targeted empowerment directions and service solutions in areas such as technical compliance review, cross-border collaborative services, industrial ecosystem co-construction services, regulatory technology services, dispute resolution mechanisms, and legislation and standard setting. She also offered suggestions for the development of legal service teams for the low-altitude economy industry. Her presentation was highly praised by the attendees.
The road is long and arduous, but progress will be made with perseverance.
