As a new force in the development of the rule of law, young lawyers shoulder important responsibilities and face numerous opportunities and challenges in the legal profession. On the occasion of the May Fourth Youth Day, Zhongcheng Qingtong’s Jinan office held a "LAWYER Wonderful Night TALK Without Limits" forum for young lawyers, creating a relaxed and fun platform for young lawyers to communicate and relieve work and life pressures. Young lawyers from the firm gathered together to listen to the "lecturer group" discuss interesting things about work, professional experience, and life insights, and to engage in exchanges.

On the occasion of Youth Day, Zhongcheng Qingtai's Jinan office held a "LAWYER Wonderful Night TALK Without Limits" forum for young lawyers, creating a relaxed and fun platform for communication and alleviating the pressures of work and life. Young lawyers from the firm gathered together to listen to the "lecturer group" discuss work anecdotes, professional experiences, and life insights, and engage in exchanges.
The event was designed with four segments: "Let's Have a Free Game", "Let's Talk About It", "Everyone Asks Everyone", and "Wonderful Night Egg".
The "lecturer group" consisted of five outstanding young lawyers: Wang Yan, Zhang Rongjun, Yu Yue, Shu Mengjiao, and Guo Jiac. With their rich professional experience and unique perspectives, they discussed topics close to the daily work and life of young lawyers, such as "Is this class a must? - Is diligence a boast or a curse?", "What are the fulcrums of your life outside of work", and "How did you deal with those moments of collapse or darkest moments at work?", sparking in-depth reflection on career development and life balance. Other young lawyers formed the "listening group", attentively listening to the lecturer group's sharing and offering their own questions and insights. In the "Wonderful Night Egg" segment, the firm presented carefully prepared gifts to lucky guests, bringing the event to a successful conclusion.
Li Jian, senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai and chairman of the Jinan office's trade union, said: "Young lawyers are the future of the firm and the hope of the rule of law. We hope that through such activities, we can listen to their voices, truly help them solve their problems, and help them grow better."
This "roundtable" forum for young lawyers fully demonstrated the positive and upward spirit and diverse and interesting personal charm of the young lawyers at Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm, highlighting the firm's comprehensive care for young lawyers and their solid professional abilities. In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, the event promoted mutual learning and common progress among young lawyers, injecting youthful energy into the firm's development and building a caring growth bridge for the new force in the rule of law.
