Lawyer Yuan Jian, a member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He is currently the deputy director of Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm and the director of the Government Legal Professional Committee. He also served as a member of the 11th and 12th Shandong Youth Federation and Shandong Youth Development Supervisor of the Foundation, Deputy Chairman of the Legal Advisory Committee of Shandong Lawyers Association. Since Mr. Yuan Jian worked as a full-time lawyer in 1999, he has adhered to the practice concept of "serving the overall situation and contributing to the society", conscientiously practiced the exemplary and leading role of party member lawyers, and has been unanimously recognized by clients and society.

Since practicing, lawyer Yuan Jian has taken government legal affairs as his main business direction, and has been selected into the legal expert database of the provincial government and Jinan municipal government, and has served as the perennial legal adviser to the governments of six districts and counties. Since 2007, he has served as a member of the legal team of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government's Letters and Calls Bureau for seven consecutive years, leading ten lawyers to participate in the reception room for letters and visits on a regular basis, actively providing advice and suggestions, and assisting relevant departments in solving and handling a number of major and difficult letters and visits. In March 2008, the Central Political and Legal Committee carried out a nationwide investigation and resolution of law-related cases. In order to ensure the smooth progress of investigation and resolution in our province, the Provincial Political and Legal Committee, through the Provincial Department of Justice, selected 5 lawyers with high political quality and strong professional ability to participate in the investigation and supervision of law-related litigation, heavy letter revisit cases. As one of the 5 lawyer members, Lawyer Yuan Jian has been working with the supervision team for many times for four consecutive years. He gave full play to the role of lawyers, actively acted as a legal consultant for the supervision team, and assisted in solving many difficult and complex cases left years, it has contributed its due strength to the timely and smooth completion of the investigation and resolution of heavy letter revisit cases involving law and litigation in our province. Due to his outstanding work achievements, in 2008 and 2012, lawyer Yuan Jian was twice honored as a second-class individual by the Provincial Department of Justice. In 2009, he was named "Top Ten Outstanding Young Lawyers in Shandong Province", and in 2012, he was named "National Lawyers". Advanced Individual in Industry Striving for Excellence ".

Lawyer Yuan Jian has successively served as a member of the Disciplinary Special Committee of the Provincial Lawyers Association and the deputy director of the Special Committee of Legal Advisers. His papers "On the Restriction of Competition from the Perspective of Labor Contract Law", "The Necessity and Thinking of Establishing Personnel Litigation Procedures in my country", "A Brief Discussion on the Right to Know of Clinical Subjects" successively won awards in the East China Lawyers Forum and Shandong Lawyers Forum. At the 2015 annual meeting of the Special Committee of Legal Advisers of the Provincial Lawyers Association, Lawyer Yuan Jian made a keynote speech on the ''Lawyers' Witness Practice in Government Bidding and Procurement, ''and also participated in the drafting of the legal service product standard in the Shandong Provincial Government Purchase Service Product Standard. The revision has been announced and applied throughout the province.

Lawyer Yuan Jian is enthusiastic about public welfare undertakings and cares about vulnerable groups in doing his job well. In response to the social problem of migrant workers' difficulty in asking for wages, he participated in the preparation of the public welfare organization "Shandong Migrant Workers Rights Protection Workstation and Chinese Outstanding Students Legal Aid Shandong Workstation" and served as the first stationmaster, and undertook dozens of labor disputes to protect the rights and interests of migrant workers. The case successfully recovered wages of one million yuan for the majority of migrant workers, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers. Not only that, lawyer Yuan Jian also actively participates in the rights protection activities of the elderly. He has repeatedly volunteered to provide legal services for the elderly and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly. In 2006, the Shandong Provincial Committee on Aging, the Provincial Department of Justice, the Provincial Public Security Department and the Provincial High Court was awarded the honorary title of "Shandong Province Advanced Individual for Elderly Rights Protection" in the selection and commendation activities of advanced units and individuals for elderly rights protection.
Lawyer Yuan Jian actively organizes and guides young lawyers to base themselves on their own duties, advocate professional ethics and professional civilization, and lead young lawyers to actively extend a helping hand to poor out-of-school and disabled children by donating money and materials to "Chunlei Primary School" and the Hope Project. Help school assistants, and actively participate in the "Youth Civilization and Laid-off and Unemployed Young Workers One Help One Activity", in the process of participating in corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, pair with laid-off workers to help them find jobs. On May 12, 2008, after the Wenchuan earthquake in Sichuan, lawyer Yuan Jian not only took the lead in donating money to the disaster area, but also issued an initiative to the relevant legal advisory units of the law firm to help the disaster area, calling on everyone to extend a helping hand to the people in the disaster area as soon as possible. In 2008, lawyer Yuan Jian was recommend by the Provincial Lawyers Association and was elected as the third director of the Shandong Youth Development Foundation, becoming a glorious Hope Project service staff, and was elected as the supervisor of the foundation in 2013; at the same time, lawyer Yuan Jian was recommend by the Provincial Department of Justice and was elected as a member of the 11th and 12th Shandong Youth Federation.
