Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm Enterprise Bankruptcy Business Exchange Conference was held in Zibo on May 31, 2019. More than 30 lawyers from the general office and each branch participated in this exchange.

The purpose of the exchange meeting is to promote the role of bankruptcy business in the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in the province, and to strengthen the relief of distressed enterprises and the protection of economic transformation. The meeting was co-chaired by Jia Maoyuan, secretary of the Party branch of Zibo Institute, and Zou Jianhua, director. The participants conducted in-depth discussions on the theoretical and practical issues of bankruptcy law, such as the examination of creditor's rights, the voting of the creditor's rights group with property guarantee in the reorganization procedure, and the identification of consumers and buyers of real estate enterprises, and extensively discussed the construction of mechanisms such as the construction and operation of bankruptcy business teams and the integration and development of case resources.
