Our lawyer Li Jian was invited to serve as the final judge and guest of the third moot court competition of Shandong Jianzhu University.
On the afternoon of June 6, 2019, Li Jian, deputy director of the real estate department of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) law firm, went to the lecture hall of Shandong Jianzhu University Library at the invitation of Shandong Jianzhu University Law School, together with President Liu Kefeng of Licheng District people's Court of Jinan City and Vice President Zhang Chuanyi of Shandong Higher people's Court served as judges and commentators of the final of the third moot court competition of Shandong Jianzhu University.

The trial case of this mock court competition is Li Bo v. Wang Kongfu's housing sales contract dispute. The trial was conducted in strict accordance with the court's trial process. The two parties focused on whether the housing sales contract was valid, whether there was real housing sales behavior, and whether the seller should return double deposit. After proof, cross-examination, court debate and other links, they launched a fierce and anxious debate. Both the plaintiff and the defendant have clear logic and thorough research on evidence, which show the high theoretical foundation of the contestants in the Law School of Shandong Jianzhu University. After scoring by three judges, the defendant finally won by a narrow margin.
Director Li Jian spoke as a guest of commenting after the competition, taking the analysis of the nature of legal relations as a starting point, giving guidance and comments on how to analyze and master cases, court trial reactions and skills. Combined with his 15 years of lawyer practice experience, he gave full guidance and suggestions to the contestants in the aspects of lawyer's clothing, the importance of pre-court preparation, the allocation of burden of proof, cross-examination and debate skills, so that the contestants and the teachers and students who watched the scene gained a lot and won the unanimous praise of the teachers and students on the scene.
