Lawyer Meng Fanhu, member of the Criminal Professional Committee of the All-China Lawyers Association and deputy director of our institute, was invited to teach this training course. Wu Changli, deputy director of the United Front Work Department of the Linyi Municipal Party Committee, secretary of the party group and executive vice chairman of the Municipal Federation of Industry and Commerce, presided over the training. Lawyer Meng Fanhu gave lectures to entrepreneurs participating in this training course on the topic of "Criminal Compliance Issues in Enterprise Operation. During the more than three hours of teaching time, lawyer Meng Fanhu explained the common and high criminal risks in the operation of enterprises through the data analysis of private entrepreneurs involved in the case in the past five years. Focus on corporate financing, tax payment, operation and management, the use of intellectual property rights, internal and external relations, etc., on the capital-raising crimes that may be involved in corporate operations, crimes of falsely issuing special value-added tax invoices, contract fraud crimes, job embezzlement, and misappropriation The concepts, characteristics, elements of crime, and the boundaries between crime and non-crime are explained in simple terms with rich practical cases. The reasons for the increase of criminal risk of entrepreneurs are analyzed, the countermeasures of criminal risk prevention are put forward, and specific suggestions are given. It is suggested that entrepreneurs should cultivate legal thinking, do a good job in criminal compliance, and realize the healthy and long-term development of enterprises.
