Legal Aid 1 1 Event Zhang Kai Lawyer Went to Shaanxi Zhenping County to Aid Documentary (I)

Editor's note: Zhang Kai, a lawyer from Zhongcheng Qingtai Institute, responded to the 1 1 legal aid initiative of the Ministry of Justice and went to Zhenping County, Shaanxi Province as an aid lawyer to provide one-year legal services. Most of the legal aid lawyers are stationed in counties without lawyers, with difficult conditions and urgent demand for legal services. As the representative of our outstanding young lawyers, lawyer Zhang Kai has taken root in the mountainous areas of southern Shaanxi and provided legal aid services to the local government and the masses. Starting from this issue, this public number will continue to seriate the story of lawyer Zhang Kai's legal aid in Zhenping County, Shaanxi Province.

On the morning of July 3, 2019, President Geng Guoyu of Jinan Lawyers Association personally went to Jinan Yaoqiang Airport to bid farewell to our city's 11 aid lawyer Xiong Dongmei and me (Gao Xingzhen lawyer had already taken the train to Xining in advance).

At the previous meeting of Shandong Lawyers Association's 2019 11 Volunteer Lawyers Summary and Dispatch Meeting, I made a statement as a representative of the province's volunteers in 2019.

On July 4, 2019, the launching ceremony of the "1 1" China Legal Aid Volunteer Action 2019 was held in Xining City, Qinghai Province. Gu Xiulian, vice chairman of the standing Committee of the 10th National people's Congress, Fu Zhenghua, minister of justice, and other leaders attended the meeting.

I am honored to take over the banner of legal aid volunteers from Minister Fu Zhenghua as a representative of the 2019 "1 1" Action Volunteer Group.

Shaanxi Provincial Department of Justice Held Symposium

On July 5, Jia Jianmei, director of the Department of justice of Shaanxi Province, arrived in Xi'an from Xining. At 18:30 on the same day, Li Aiping, deputy director of the Department of justice, held a forum and presented backpacks and daily necessities to all volunteer lawyers.

Leaders at all levels in Zhenping County attach great importance to the work of 11 legal aid. Director Qin Zhengan of the Bureau of Justice personally picked me up in Xi'an and participated in this forum.
