On January 4, the Supreme People's Procuratorate held a press conference to release five guiding cases in the field of environmental protection handled by the procuratorial organs.
The Supreme People's Procuratorate issued a total of five guiding cases this time, namely, Changzhou City Procuratorate of Jiangsu Province v. Xu Jianhui and Xu Yuxian Civil Public Interest Litigation, Baishan City Procuratorate of Jilin Province v. Jiangyuan District Health and Family Planning Bureau of Baishan City and Jiangyuan District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Administrative Public Interest Litigation, Yunyang District Procuratorate of Shiyan City, Hubei Province v. Administrative Public Interest Litigation of Qingliu County Environmental Protection Bureau, Jinping County, Guizhou Province.
