April 26 coincides with "World Intellectual Property Day". In order to publicize intellectual property rights and promote the resolution of intellectual property risks in the resumption of work and production of enterprises, lawyer Cheng Ao-law, deputy director of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm, was invited to give a special lecture on "Intellectual Property Risk Analysis and Countermeasures" for the Second Construction Co., Ltd. of China Construction Eighth Engineering Bureau. In the lecture, lawyer Cheng Shoufa conducted a big data analysis of the litigation-related cases of the Eighth Bureau of China Construction, introduced the concept, characteristics and connotations of intellectual property rights, and combined with the characteristics of construction companies themselves, focusing on the analysis of intellectual property rights.
