Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Research Institute successfully hosted a symposium on the revision of the Construction Law
On the afternoon of May 6, sponsored by Shandong Construction Industry Association and Jinan Construction Engineering Arbitration Institute, Shandong Law Society Engineering Law Society, Shandong Engineering Construction Standard Cost Association, Shandong Law Association Construction Engineering Special Committee, Jinan Law Association Construction Engineering Special Committee, Jinan Law Association Real Estate Law Research Association, and Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Research Institute hosted the "Construction Law" revision symposium, which was held in the 55th floor conference room of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm in China Resources Center. Experts from Shandong Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Jinan Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Jinan Arbitration Commission, Shandong Jianzhu University Law School, Shandong Construction Industry Association, Shandong Engineering Construction Standard Cost Association, Shandong Institute of Building Science; Provincial and Municipal Lawyers Association Some members of the Construction Engineering Special Committee and representatives of some construction enterprises attended this meeting. Li Heng, deputy director and senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute and president of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Research Institute, presided over the meeting.
Liu Changguo, deputy director of the Jinan Arbitration Commission, and Liu Yong, chairman of the Shandong Construction Industry Association, delivered speeches respectively, expressing gratitude to the leaders and experts participating in this meeting, and hope that this symposium will produce positive results.
This meeting conducted in-depth discussions around the revised outline of the Construction Law. The participating experts, lawyers, and business representatives closely contacted the actual situation of the construction industry, and paid special attention to the reform of the construction industry, the reform of the administrative examination and approval system for engineering projects, and the active role of optimizing the business environment. And other major changes and development priorities, regarding the chapters of "General Provisions", "Project Permit", "Whole Process Consultation", "Construction Project Contract Issuing and Contracting", "Construction Project Supervision", "Construction Safety Production Management", "Construction Project Quality Management", "Construction Cost", "Legal Responsibility" and many macro and micro issues related to the revision of the "Construction Law, many valuable opinions and suggestions are put forward.
This symposium is also the first special seminar held after the establishment of the Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Research Institute. After the meeting, the research institute will summarize and sort out the opinions and suggestions on the revision of the Construction Law, and submit them to the legislative department through the Shandong Construction Industry Association. It has a positive impact on the revision of the "Construction Law.
