In order to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and the fourth Plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, as well as the process of promoting the construction of a government under the rule of law by the central government, and enhance the legal awareness and administration according to law of the staff of the street office, lawyer Li Jian, senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law firm, was invited by Shungeng subdistrict office of Shizhong District.
In the course of the lecture, lawyer Li Jian explained in detail the risk points, sources of risk and countermeasures and prevention and control measures involved in administrative decision-making, administrative law enforcement, administrative litigation and government information disclosure for the staff of the street office in combination with classic cases, it also explained the "list of main responsibilities and cooperation responsibilities for" territorial management "of counties and townships in Jinan City" published by the Organization Department of Jinan Municipal CPC Committee and the Municipal editorial Office, and the "opinions on promoting urban management and law enforcement and shifting the focus of suburban environmental sanitation work" and other government documents.
