On May 20, 2020, Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm "Land Acquisition and Demolition Legal Affairs Center" was officially established. The center is headed by Zhou Jiyong, deputy director and senior partner of the institute, and is composed of Zhao Kaiyong, Li Jian, Dong Guoai, Zhu Weidong, Liu Mei and other senior professional lawyers who are deeply engaged in the field of land requisition and relocation legal services. Based on the development concept of more professional service, more attentive talents and more attentive quality, the center is committed to making the land requisition and relocation business more refined, detailed and specialized.
Over the years, the Institute has served as the legal adviser of Jinan Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, Jinan Lixia District Natural Resources Bureau, Jinan Shizhong District Natural Resources Bureau, Jinan Gangcheng District Natural Resources Bureau, Huaiyin District Housing expropriation Service Center, Jinan Old City Development and Investment Group Co., Ltd., Jinan Xicheng Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. and other government agencies, enterprises and institutions, for the reconstruction and demolition project at the southern foot of Qianfo Mountain in Jinan City, Wenzhuang District Project, Guanyi Street South Shed Project, Jingba Weiyi Shed Project, Jinan West International Convention and Exhibition Center State-owned Land Expropriation Project, West Railway Station Area Military Land Integration Project, Guanzhaying Shantytown Reconstruction Project, Beihu Project, Sungeng Street and Daqiao Street Collective Land Expropriation Project, Laiwu Xueye Lake Villa Demolition Project, as well as the housing expropriation project in the area around the railway Qingdao North Railway Station, and the Qingdao Municipal Government's "Ring Bay Protection and Support Bay Development" old city enterprise relocation project and many other major demolition projects have provided special legal services.
