On July 27, 2020, lawyer Deng Pu, partner of Shandong Zhongcheng Qingtai (Jinan) Law Firm and deputy director of the Capital Market Department, was invited to participate in the "Baolan 25-Rule of Law Special Training" activity of Qihang College carried out by Shandong Ocean Group Co.



 

Lawyer Deng Pu started from the definition, scope of application and structure of the Securities Law, combined with the gradual deepening of real cases, introduced the legislation and revision process of the Securities Law and the changes in my country's securities regulatory policies; at the same time, taking the ten major changes in the new Securities Law as the starting point, The relevant provisions of the current new securities law were introduced in detail, which were well received by the trainees.
