Lawyer Song Huidong was invited to conduct legal training for Shandong Gold Smelting Co., Ltd. in the contract section of the Civil Code.
On July 29, 2020, Song Huidong, a senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute and deputy director of the Real Estate Department, was invited by Shandong Gold Smelting Co., Ltd. to conduct a "Civil Code Contract Law Training Lecture" for Shandong Gold Smelting Co., Ltd. through online training.
The training was carried out from four aspects, including (1) the historical evolution of the civil code, introducing the development history of the civil code;(2) An overview of the contract section of the civil code, explaining the main contents of the contract section;(3) The highlights of the revision of the contract section of the civil code mainly explain the main contents of the revision of the contract section of the civil code;(4) Interpretation of the key clauses of the contract section of the civil code.
The participants spoke highly of the training, believing that the training content was comprehensive and the explanation was easy to understand, which improved the risk prevention awareness of the company's employees, and had a strong guiding significance for the legal risk prevention of state-owned enterprises and the publicity and interpretation of the civil code.
