Lawyer Song Huidong Conducted Legal Training Lecture on Contract Chapter of Civil Code for Lixia District Urban Construction and Development Service Center
On August 14, 2020, Song Huidong, a senior partner of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute and deputy director of the Real Estate Department, was invited to conduct a legal training lecture on the contract section of the Civil Code for all employees of the Urban Construction and Development Service Center in Lixia District.
Based on the actual business of the Urban Construction and Development Service Center in Lixia District, Lawyer Song Huidong made a comprehensive interpretation of the contract section of the Civil Code, focusing on the historical evolution of the promulgation of the Civil Code, the highlights of the revision of the contract section, and the key terms of the contract section, combined with relevant cases.
The participants spoke highly of the training, believing that the training content was comprehensive and the explanation was easy to understand, which effectively promoted the publicity and interpretation of the Civil Code, and had a strong guiding significance for the legal construction of the urban construction and development center in Lixia District.
