Zhongcheng Qingtai Private Investment Fund Business Salon Successfully Held
On August 7, 2020, the private investment fund business salon of Zhongcheng Qingtai Law Firm was successfully held in the office area of Jinan China Resources Building. The meeting was hosted by the fund business center of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan Institute, and attended by more than 50 private fund business leaders and backbone lawyers of Zhongcheng Qingtai Jinan, Qingdao, Dezhou, Dongying, Zibo, West Coast, Weifang, Shanghai, Weihai and other branches.
In the keynote speech, lawyer Zhang Jian conducted an in-depth discussion on the types and key points of fund legal services, lawyer Yin Yanbo introduced the filing business of private equity products from a practical point of view, and lawyer Deng Pu shared and discussed the difficult problem of "gambling" through fund litigation cases.
In the exchange and discussion session, the participants held heated discussions and exchanges on whether the transfer of state-owned private equity fund shares entered the market and how to expand the business of private equity funds.
This seminar focuses on providing a platform for face-to-face communication between the fund business center and private equity lawyers in various branches.
