Since 1992, our institute took the lead in setting up the Urban Construction Real Estate Legal Affairs Department in our city's legal industry. Providing high-quality legal services for Jinan's urban infrastructure construction has always been the focus of our business. Since 2002, in order to serve the grand goal of "realizing a new leap forward and building a new spring city", our institute has actively provided legal services for the construction of quancheng road, the widening and reconstruction of Jingshi Road and the construction of the East District.
Since the beginning of this year, our firm has continued to focus on the legal Department of Urban Construction and Real Estate, and has successively signed special service contracts with Jinan Urban Construction headquarters, East District Construction headquarters, West District Construction headquarters, and Old City Reconstruction Investment and Operation Company. to provide special legal services for more than a dozen provincial and municipal key projects, such as the renovation of Tangye New Town and Xiaoqinghe. Lawyer offices have been set up in several key project headquarters to provide full-process legal services for project construction, which has become a major feature of Jinan's urban construction.
