Since the overall transformation in the second half of 2000, with the joint efforts of all employees, our institute has made remarkable achievements in team size, market expansion, brand building, team quality, office environment, social and economic benefits, etc. All work has been in the forefront of the same industry in provinces and cities, and has successively won the titles of provincial civilized unit and national excellent law firm. In the face of the achievements, we are also soberly aware that with the increasingly detailed demand for legal services and the fierce competition in the legal service market, we are also facing a grim situation of not advancing or even slowing down. Compared with other national excellent institutions in China, we need to further improve our professional development, market expansion, business quality control and risk prevention, and distribution system.
In order to break the current deadlock of relatively slow development and seek new breakthroughs in our work through active changes, the partners' meeting decided to take learning advanced experience as an important step to improve and improve our work, set up four special research groups headed by senior partners, and went to Qilu Law Firm in Jinan and Qindao Institute and Wenkang Institute in Qingdao to study and study in early and mid-August, humbly listened to their practices and advanced experience in market expansion and professional development, standardized management of lawyers' firms, business quality control and practice risk prevention and distribution incentive system, and conducted in-depth exchanges on the development direction of lawyers' firm construction and lawyers' business cooperation.
On the basis of investigation, each group carefully looked for the problems in our work, analyzed the reasons, put forward solutions, and submitted practical reform plans to the partners' meeting.
