On the afternoon of January 20, the 2005 summary and commendation meeting was held in the west conference hall of jindu hotel. director gong qiushui of the municipal bureau of justice, deputy directors Chen shiming and Zhang min, director Li fangming of the political department, director Li duanchang of the discipline inspection team, director Xiao yang of the office, heads of relevant departments of the municipal bureau and president Wang Minsheng of the municipal law association, and secretary Zhang Longhua were invited to attend the meeting. the meeting was presided over by executive partner Geng Guoyu. The leaders of the bureau presented awards to 22 comrades who won the titles of "Outstanding Contribution Award", "Outstanding Lawyer", "Outstanding Part-time Lawyer", "Legal Aid Advanced Individual", "Trade Union Activist" and "Outstanding Employee", including Gao Jian and Zhou Xin.
Comrade Wang Guangren, chairman of the partners' meeting, summarized the work in 2005 on behalf of the partners' meeting and deployed the 2006 work plan and the three-year plan. 2005 is "the year of standardization, development and harvest of Zhongcheng Institute". Three activities (the year of standardized construction of partnership law firms, the special rectification activities of "standardizing practice behavior and promoting practice justice" and the educational activities of maintaining the advanced nature of Communist Party members) have achieved remarkable results, which have been praised many times by relevant departments of provinces and cities. A scientific and effective long-term internal management mechanism with all-round quality control as the core has been established; the team of lawyers continues to grow, with 8 new comrades joining in, and the number of personnel reaches 70. Recently, 12 fresh graduates from Peking University, Shandong University, East China Political Science and Law, Fudan University, Wuhan University, University of Edinburgh, and Hull University will join our firm; won more than a dozen collective and individual honorary titles such as "National Excellent Law Firm" and "National Excellent Lawyer" throughout the year, the achievement of the honor of "National Excellent Law Firm" indicates that our firm has entered the ranks of national advanced law firms; market expansion and service quality have steadily improved, and business fees have once again exceeded 10 million yuan. Regarding the 2006 work plan, Director Wang pointed out that 2006 is a year when Zhongcheng Institute stands at a new starting point and implements new development. It is the first year of the three-year plan. It strives to achieve a staff size of 100 people, an office space of more than 2000 ㎡, and a business income of more than 20 million yuan in three years, forming a strong development pattern with real estate, financial securities, international economy and trade, companies and intellectual property as brand businesses. He asked all the staff to make new and greater contributions to the development of Jinan's lawyer career and the construction of safe Jinan and harmonious Jinan with high revolutionary passion, inspiring spirit, enterprising and willing to contribute.
Municipal Bureau of Justice Gong Qiushui, director of the party on behalf of the bureau made an important speech. He thought my wrap-up meeting this year was "grand, warm and exciting". After listening to the work summary and three-year plan of Zhongcheng Institute, I feel very excited, very happy and very satisfied. He said, "The work summary certainly results are very real, the problem analysis is accurate, the body talks are very profound, the entire work deployment in line with the requirements of the higher judicial administrative organs and the municipal government, in line with the main direction of the development of the lawyer's career, but also fully in line with the current work of the public. From this, we can see that the public has developed year after year, progress year after year, bright spots year after year, and obvious changes every year". When talking about my achievements in 2005, Director Gong pointed out that "the reason why Zhongcheng Institute has achieved so many achievements is that it is a good leader of Zhongcheng. Comrade Wang Guangren has made a lot of painstaking efforts. The achievement of these honors is inseparable from Comrade Wang Guangren. At the same time, these achievements are also the result of the collective unity, cooperation and joint efforts of Zhongcheng Institute. When talking about future work arrangements, Director Gong emphasized that the requirements of the central government for the establishment of a harmonious society provide a broad space for the development of our lawyers. The "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" provides a grand plan for our lawyers to expand their business. With goals and ideas, the lawyer industry is facing a very good opportunity. Lawyers should regard the provision of high-quality legal services around the central work of the party as the guiding ideology of our work, and never simply pursue economic benefits. Economic benefits are short-term behavior. Only by focusing on the center and serving the overall situation can our image become better and better. He hopes that all adults will carry forward the fine traditions, recognize the form, continue to develop, and continue to be at the forefront of the city's lawyer work.
