On the afternoon of December 23, 2005, the Shandong News Building where I was held a part of the customer forum. Lawyer Wang Guangren, chairman of the partners' meeting, first delivered a speech, thanking all the leaders and comrades for attending the forum in spite of their busy schedule, which fully demonstrated their love and support for Zhongcheng Institute. It is a great pleasure to be here with you to share our friendship and development. Since its establishment in September 1988, Shandong Zhongcheng Renhe Law Firm has gone through 17 years of development. Recently, we have formulated a three-year development plan, striving to achieve a large-scale 100-person office with more than 80 practicing lawyers in three years, continuously improving the professional quality of personnel, and more than 50% of lawyers with graduate and double bachelor's degree or above, according to the business development, the new intellectual property business department, legal business department, criminal law business department, customer maintenance department. Economic benefits are increasing by more than 20% every year. Efforts to improve office conditions have been made to purchase a new office of 2300 square meters, and strive to create a professional, branded, modern and international large-scale office, so as to create a better tomorrow for Zhongcheng lawyers.
