On July 7, 2005, Liu Aiqing, deputy director of the Provincial Department of Justice, and Zhou Jie, director of the Lawyers Management Office, accompanied by Zhang Min, deputy director of the Municipal Bureau of Justice, and Wang Hua, secretary general of the Municipal Lawyers Association, came to our institute to inspect and guide the special rectification activities of "standardizing practice behavior and promoting practice justice.
Director Wang Guangren reported to Director Liu on the special rectification activities carried out by our institute from three aspects. First, we should first solve and unify the problem of all lawyers' understanding of the special rectification activities. In view of the fact that there are many special activities arranged and deployed by superiors this year, the activity cycle is long, the time overlaps, and the pressure and boredom of lawyers, through the convening of mobilization meetings and in-depth study, we have realized that the purpose of doing a good job in the special rectification work of "standardizing practice behavior, promoting practice justice" and the "standardized construction year" activities and maintaining the advanced nature of Communist Party members are all aimed at strengthening the construction of lawyers and strictly standardizing practice, to ensure the quality of service, establish the image of the lawyer industry, and promote the development of the lawyer industry. The second is to do a good job in special rectification activities through the "four combinations": 1. Combine the special rectification activities with the standardized construction year activities, further improve the rules and regulations, promote the standardized management level and improve the service quality. 2. Combine the special rectification activities with the educational activities to maintain the advanced nature of party members, and give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role of party member lawyers in the special rectification activities. 3. Combine special rectification activities with the establishment of the image of the lawyer industry, insist on equal emphasis on expansion and standardization, insist on service first, quality first, and continue to make Chinese workers' claims against Japan and serve as schools. In the form of legal counselors, actively participate in social welfare activities, contribute to society, establish a good social image of lawyers, and promote career development. 4. Combine doing a good job of special rectification activities with promoting the development of all work. Take career development as the standard for measuring the results of special rectification activities. Third, we should combine reality, highlight key points and pay attention to practical results. Continuously strengthen the management awareness, sense of responsibility and dedication of partners, innovate the management system, improve and refine various rules and regulations, form a long-term mechanism for the construction of the lawyer team and the standardized management of the lawyer office, promote the continuous development of various tasks, and serve the society Provide high-quality legal services.
Director Liu affirmed the practice of special rectification activities carried out by our institute, believing that the idea of special rectification activities carried out by our institute is practical and feasible, and pointed out that the purpose of doing a good job in special rectification activities is to promote the construction of the lawyer team and the continuous improvement of the management of the law firm through the effective organization and deepening of the activities, so as to establish a good social image of the law profession, to enable lawyers to play a greater role in the process of "safe Shandong" and building a socialist harmonious Shandong.
